@makhsunah : inikan masih ok dimakan yg cutting sekalipun pokok tau porsi macro nutrisinya kan say??? Gak usah nyiksa badan bnget2 deh say, bisa stress trus malah gak lanjut dietnya krn ngrasa tersiksa dan terkungkung.
