I feel very good about today.I exercised and dieted well.I didtn even have any snacks and when I cam home from my workout i didnt even feel to eat.I plan to start cooking my own meals and carrying it for lunch at work instead of buying food on the road.i think i need to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in my diet though.
