I feel smaller today, but I am about to have my monthly friend. No, no, no! I wish they would divide Biggest Loser into two groups next year: one for men, another just for women. It's not fair that women have to deal with water gain, water retention AND abnormal cravings for sweets monthly. So, another unfair advantage, another hurdle to overcome. *sigh* On the other hand, I definitely feel lighter today, but I'm not going to drive myself insane weighing in until I really have to. There are only two more weigh-ins, and the competition is fierce.

I gave up the carrot juice, which I'm sorry about. But Lorry said it was about time anyway LOL Supposedly, I was starting to turn orange LOL

The funny thing is, Mr. Livingston is so gracious about the competition, I sometimes think he would not mind at all if I won. He told me I was the only person who has come close to beating him. Maybe I will. He might have extra muscle mass, and he may not have to deal with periods, but I do have something he doesn't have: a trainer who won't get off my back hahahah

Speaking of Angel, she looked at me when I sat down on the step bench today and said, "You are losing so much weight." That felt really good because if she can tell, that's something. She sees me 4 days a week. I was wearing the workout pants I wore when I first started with her. They were looooooosssseeeee.

I don't think she knows, but I've been going to the gym practicing my sit-ups. I can now hold a 10-pound weight and do 30 sit-ups by myself. She didn't say anything about the sit-ups, but I saw her watching me when she passed by, and I was doing them like nothing. I was showing off a little too LOL. My goal is to be able to do at least 60 sit-ups non-stop by the end of this month.

Of course, she was still up my butt about other things, talking trash like, "You're taking too many pauses! Get your hands off your thighs when you're squatting." Pardon me, but she had told me two months ago that when I'm doing jack squats, it's the QUALITY of the squat that counts, not the quantity. So I repeated her words, and she IGNORED me completely and demanded MORE SQUATS, MORE, MORE, MORE *WHISTLE, WHISTLE*

Then later at tricep dips she demanded to know why I paused when my partner Erica paused. "Why don't you keep going???" I said, "Moral support." *WHISTLE, WHISTLE, DIRTY LOOK* "DON'T PAUSE! KEEP GOING!"

She's so hard to please. She even asked me today, "Don't you ever smile????" LOL That's Angel for you.
