still doing the program (Anne Katherine's approach in either Appetite Switch or How to make almost any diet work )
- it's finally starting to work I think - you eat whatever the first couple of weeks to see what makes you tick - tracking moods and food - hince the weight gain - then you start taking things out like art. sweet. - that was hard for the first couple of days but seems to be working now as I feel full all the time and don't have the cravings for food as before. Will have to see what the next 4 -5 weeks bring.
