Wow! Congratulations. Which diet is this? May you please give me some advice- I would do anything to loose 10kgs right now.

The 30 day Carnivore diet. You are allowed only Meat, Eggs, black coffee and salt. You are allowed some dairy items but I chose not too. Also you must try get fatty cuts of meat. I can't believe how full I felt all the time and how much less I ate in the day because of it. I will see if I can post a link

yeah, I agree, wish I went before but there are a lot of people online that did go for tests and the results weren't bad. But my diet over the last 3 weeks is definitely better than what it was. After my 30 days are done I will be slowly adding things and moving towards a keto diet.

Losing weight is the easy part for me. Big problem is that i have to maintain after that. So that i dont fall back into my old habits of overeating myself. Obesity is not only a BMI calculation its also in my head. i can eat like a animal until i cannot anymore.

Look at optimal ketogenic living (Facebook) It's a lower fat nutritional ketogenic way of life. Fantastic advice.
