I can’t even believe that I’m at this weight. I went on to four-day weekend trips. Does make it very hard for me to work out and to eat properly. I even ate a doughnut. I never eat donuts. What the heck! I don’t like myself at this weight. I finally got back to the gym yesterday and ate healthy foods yesterday. I am on a mission. My goal weight is 136. I would be happy with 139 right now. Anything less than what I am. I’m highly motivated. Saturday eve my three healthy meals with two small healthy snacks. I will also drink my 10 cups of water and do a 3 mile walk plus some weight training. That is my goal. I can do this!
