Not doing so well for the last few days. Not wanting carbs in solid form but had a couple of beers last night. No excuse except high pain levels from the drive and anxiety about the house purchase. So had a very salad day today. It has been overcast and rainy which doesn't help. Can't face walking in the rain with no views to take mind off pain. Still it is much better than it was at Christmas when I last did the Wales to Scotland marathon. Why my stupid Mother decided to move 7 hours away at 86 years old and then to complain that she never sees anyone I shall never fathom. Quite looking forward to working tomorrow: a nice new brief from a new solicitor. Always good news.
