I didn't follow any diet plan for the last few months but I lost 5 KG. Reasons of weight loss: 1) I moved to Dallas from Chicago couple of months back. More outdoor walking and activity. 2) Once a week, game of cricket (4 hrs). 3) Also I realized that I am now walking more and taking stairs more often than before (both at home and office).
This change has given me enough motivation. I want to continue this routine and start making changes to my diet.
Disclaimer: Being Indian, I am not a big meat eater. I just eat chicken (in meats) and vegetables for my lunch and dinner. Whenever I miss carrying my lunch, I take soup. I don't eat too much of sweets.

You are doing great! Thanks for the advice, I will try it and see what happens! You say no rice, but both the Fat Smash and Extreme Fat Smash say to eat rice...it is brown rice though....just wondering. Thanks again for the advice, I will see what happens! Keep up the great work!

Thanks about the brown rice....that makes me feel good. I was scared for a minute, because I actually eat quite a bit of it......
