Hasn't been able to lose more but I guess I am keeping it steady with my workout routine. Sure my pants are a lot better so I guess I am trimming that waist line but gaining some muscle.

My body responds to only rigorous exercise and diet routine rather than just a diet routine. I lifted lot of pounds in the gym in the last 3-4 months. I lost only 2.7 kgs but I am a lot stronger now. That means I have gained muscle. I feel good around my waist and my pants and jeans look great. I continue to follow my diet which is now carbs, proteins and fat, in proportions.

I didn't follow any diet plan for the last few months but I lost 5 KG.
Reasons of weight loss:
1) I moved to Dallas from Chicago couple of months back. More outdoor walking and activity.
2) Once a week, game of cricket (4 hrs).
3) Also I realized that I am now walking more and taking stairs more often than before (both at home and office).

This change has given me enough motivation. I want to continue this routine and start making changes to my diet.

Disclaimer: Being Indian, I am not a big meat eater. I just eat chicken (in meats) and vegetables for my lunch and dinner. Whenever I miss carrying my lunch, I take soup. I don't eat too much of sweets.
