Day 1 of Potato Hack. Ughh, I am already tired of potatoes. I have eaten them with mustard, with Frank's Red Hot, and with turkey bone broth & nutritional yeast. I have never been much of a potato eater (unless they were fried, of course!). But, overall, I am doing ok today. That's all I can do...take it one day at a time. My family is having steak and veggie kabobs and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. I'm not jealous. I have them another time. I will weight myself this evening and again tomorrow to see if this has done anything. 3 is the magic number of days. I can do this for 3 days.

Thanks for the support! I think it is true that you can get tired of potatoes. I am already, LOL! But, I was also never much of a potato person to begin with. So far at weigh in this evening, I actually gained weight. I hope that changes by morning. I'll keep posting my progress.
