I live in Arizona and am a mother of 4, ages 8-24yo. I have been married to my husband for almost 20 years! I have struggled with weight most of my life. I love to exercise, any kind really. I eat a clean whole foods diet, rarely eating sugar or substitutes. No processed foods unless going out to eat on a rare occasion. I am hoping to find support and encouragement here.
