Don't know what to say - I follow the diet like a hawk and get hit with more weight. Of course, part of the problem may be because the VA has dragged its feet in sending me my thyroid medication - it is over a week late. Called them today only to find they sent it to where I was vacationing (I had asked them to) but they sent it up a week after I requested it - even spoke to a pharmacist who assured me it would go out the same day... which was the 2nd day of a 3 week vacation and it never came while I was there). So since I have a very slow metabolism anyway, without the meds it only made things worse. I spoke to them today and they said it would be sent out today (by regular mail). Sigh, sometimes you can't win for losing.
