it's been up and down lately more down than up - I do eat for comfort - when I get upset eating calms me down - maybe learning the how to fight that will help so doing a new challenge
reviewing induction and just saw I was looking at carbs and not net carbs - still need to lower the calories a bit but have lost a 4 lbs in the last two weeks - had gotten back up to 244 - that scared me enough to get back on the wagon.
