It's day five today, and I'm doing well.
Today was a very high stress day, I actually ended up quitting my job, but managed to not eat my feelings. I just kept telling myself you're not actually hungry. I am able to feel actually full, and that is the point of food right? So, I should be happy. Things don't always have to taste delicious. We should eat what we like of course, which I am doing. I love veggies and fruit, they are amazing. I love that instead of going right for the ice cream I am having a fruit and yogurt smoothie.
Do you know what I do really miss though? Chips and crackers, anything crunchy and crispy really. UGH.
This is all worth it. Very worth it.
