The past three days i've really screwed up. My weakness is pizza, pepperoni pizza and i've eaten it the past three days, ugh! i'm starting detox all over again and I'm going to work out extra hard too. On the bright side, I've been getting some compliments from people telling me I look great so that encourages me to get back on track.

try some phase one pizza, honestly, it's not THAT great, but it may just be what you need to curb your cravings.

Oh....pizza. My family ate pizza Thursday night, and my favorite kind, too. Super supreme deep dish!! Everybody backslides at one time or another. No biggie - don't let it get you down so far that you give up. You're doing great!!
