I have kind of plateau'd and have been doing Keto pretty strictly (with good results) since late Feb.

So I am going to shake it up and try something new:

Every Other Day Eating.

It is essentially 16/36 (Day of Eating, Followed by Night, Day, Night of Fasting).

I am on day 4 (2nd Fast Day) right now, and it is totally doable for me thus far. I have had some experience with it in the past.

I like it because I can eat well (2000+ calories, and some carbs!) on my day off from the Fasting.

I will reevaluate the benefits each week, and bail on it if it's not helpful (or harmful).
