Somehow I managed to maintain for another week! I forgot how tempting it is to snack when you spend a day at home not doing much. At least the snacks were healthy for the most part, except for some Sprite. Lately not much planning has gone into my meals so I need to get organized again. That starts by getting stocked up on groceries this weekend!
