I am over half way to my goal today - down 30 lbs of 60 lbs goal. I am feeling good and happy with my activity level and diet choices, so I see no problem to make this change as my new lifestyle. At this rate I will hit 199 by the end of Summer, fingers crossed!
Side note: I have not been at this weight since 2004. Awesome. My next small goal will be hitting 217, which I was at in 2003.
