Well, finally seeing a couple of pounds leave! Hasn't helped that I twisted my knee and now can't walk more than a few feet. Wearing a brace, but managing the stairs at least twice a day. I try to walk around the apartment building each day. Once PT is done, back to longer walks. Diet is easy, it's not seeing results for long periods of time is what is difficult.
