alidobro's Journal, 21 Apr 10

Hit my first plateau, it lasted 9 days. I didn't even think much about it the first five days, knowing I hadn't cheated. I knew that it would come off. Maybe the reason for no loss was a substantial weight loss duing the week prior which was a total of 5lbs. I also did more core weight training, and the health club purchased new eliptical machines, so maybe I was building new muscle? I know thats a stretch but nothing else could explain it.

Your doing great! Keep it up. I have slowed down as well but even keeping on track and seeing smaller improvements is better than falling into old bad habits. It always feels good to work through these types of hurdles and for me these are the true tests to pass for success.
