Okay, I haven't gained any more weight this week - that's a good thing. Just wish the weight would start to come off again. My doc had said I need to eat a minimum of 1000 calories, a maximum of 1200. I stay fairly close to the 10000 calories a day; but every once in a while I will allow myself a treat - like a spoon of diet jello.
I had to change my eating habits 40 years ago when I was diagnosed with diabetes. I have come from a blood sugar of 480 to 96 = 130 - and I could eat the same thing every day and have that same variance in numbers. But I don't give up. I just keep trying. One of these days it is going to work.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
