10 mile bike ride this morning. Another 10 this afternoon. And pull ups, chin ups, bicycle crunches. Three workouts today, grappling yesterday, and Kickboxing tomorrow. I am tired.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 25.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
