Great workout this morning in the boot camp cycling class! And I needed it, I ate so much this weekend. I need to make a commitment to get back to journaling every day. Its just that when I bike (48.5 miles on Saturday) I get SO hungry. I didn't make the best choices of what I ate this weekend either; rib eye steak, full course meal of mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing etc. This week I will journal all my food!

48 miles on the bike!!! I am so jealous. I really need to start getting some training miles on my bike! I want to be ready for TDK! You need to relax a little about your eating. You ARE burning a lot of calories from cycling and you CAN have more calories. Your chart looks great and you seem to be managing your eating and weight quite well. Balance, Balance, Balance. Remember you are on maintenance now!
