Well the last month and a half haven't seen much progress, due to my pacemaker battery going into power saver and needing to be changed. Done now and recovered so am back at it again. I am going to go to the clubhouse and use the treadmill to start building up stamina again. At this moment, I am planning on entering the Carillon 5k in March 2019. Doubt that I will run it, but there is a walking category and that is what I'm shooting for.
