Directions
- Juntar los ingredientes secos en un bol, luego añadir el aceite y, poco a poco agregar el agua tibia.
- Incorporar todo hasta que quede una masa suave qué no se pegue. Amasar por unos 4 a 5 minutos. Dividir en 8 bollitos.
- Dejar reposar por 10 a 20 min.
- Estirar los bollitos hasta que la masa esté delgada, de unos 2 a 3 mm.
- En una sartén caliente llevar una a una las masitas, cocinando 1 min por lado.
- Dejar enfriar tapadas en un plato.
