A refreshing cold noodle salad.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook noodles to manufacturer's instructions. Drain, rinse and refresh. Toss with olive and sesame oil, cool and put in the fridge.
- Cook the asparagus and snow peas, cool and cut into strips.
- Peel and finely chop green onions on the diagonal.
- Add the cooled vegetables, green onions and cabbage to the noodles.
- Add the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing.
- Toss through the noodle salad and refrigerate until really nice and chilled, and the flavours have developed.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
