Directions

  1. Сначала нужно взбить творог с яйцом - не до пены, но просто хорошо смешать.
  2. Затем добавить в творог мед, мак и порезанное яблоко - по желанию шкурку можно счистить.
  3. Готовить в пароварке в течение 20-25 минут, в духовке 15-20 минут при температуре 200С.
  4. Можно добавить специи по вкусу – корицу, мускатный орех, мяту.
  5. Запеканка прекрасна в своей простоте и простом вкусе.
  6. Дайте запеканке немного остыть и подавайте, полив свежим осенним медом.
