Wok Légumes Light

Une recette légère originale.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper tous les légumes.
  2. Faire revenir les carottes avec la sauce à feu moyen.
  3. Ajouter les oignons une fois les carottes saisies.
  4. Une fois le tout revenu (reste croquant) ajouter les poivrons.
  5. Remuez pendant quelques minutes puis ajouter les champignons à feu doux.
  6. Les champignons peuvent rester croquant. Remuez, hors du feu, les champignons cuisent légèrement avec la chaleur des autres légumes. C'est prêt. Bon appétit.

Je fais la même recette avec choux vert (à la place de poivrons), gingembre et ail. Un délice peu calorique!
