- Mal mandlarna i en mixer. Blanda dem med de andra fröna och kärnorna i en skål.
- Vispa äggen, och tillsätt dem tillsammans med havssalt och rapsolja.
- Lägg degen i en rågbrödsform med teflonbeläggning och grädda brödet i 160 grader i 70 minuter. Låt det svalna helt i formen.
- Förvara brödet inpackat i en kökshandduk i en plastpåse i kylskåpet.
