  1. Почистить и нарезать банан, "распушить" творог, залить молоком, взбить блендером.

Я сюда добавляю еще грамм 20-30 сухих овсяных хлопьев Геркулес (не быстроразвариваемых, а обычных, которые 20 минут варить). Творог Вкуснотеево 0.5% и молока не 200 а 300. В блендере все тщательно измельчается. Овсянка дает клетчатку, а то, что она сухая - снижает ее гликемический индекс.
