Mug Cake à la Banane

  1. Ecraser dans un mug la demi-banane à la fourchette puis ajouter le beurre et mettre 30 secondes au micro-onde.
  2. Ajouter l'oeuf, mélanger à la fourchette, puis verser la farine, la levure, le sucre, la cannelle, une pincée de sel, et la vanille. Bien mélanger.
  3. Faire cuire 1 minute 30 au micro-onde; la pâte doit gonfler et être cuite au centre. Si ce n'est pas le cas, remettre 10 à 20 secondes.
  4. A déguster immédiatement.
