  1. Рубим куриную грудку в фарш, добавляем к ней мелко порезанный лук, укроп и куриное яйцо.
  2. Делаем из массы котлетки и жарим на антипригарной сковороде с каждой стороны минуты по 3.
  3. После жарки все котлетки запекаем в духовке еще минут 10.
