Pan de Carne

Directions

  1. Mezclar todo en un bol, salpimentar (si se desea).
  2. Poner al horno y esperar a que esté cocido y dorado de ambos lados. No requiere el uso de materia grasa en la fuente porque ya tiene la carne y el pan rallado evita que se pegue.
  3. La espinaca puede reemplazarse por 2 calabacines o zapallitos verdes.
  4. Puede acompañarse de ensaladas, purés, papas al horno o fritas.

hola..si desean, se puede "rellenar" con queso freso light, cubos de tomate y hojitas de albahaca. Al principio, cuando se mezclan los ingredientes, antes de darle la forma de "pan", se aplasta la "masa" y se le agregan el queso,tomates y albahaca. Luego se "arrolla" como un matambre. También se puede poner en un molde tipo budín inglés, y se pone una capa de carne, una de tomates y queso y albahaca, y luego la otra de carne....sale exquisito!!!
