Блины из овсяной муки на кефире, с добавлением банана.

Directions

  1. Измельчить овсяные хлопья блендером до состояния муки, либо использовать готовую овсяную муку.
  2. Взбить яйца.
  3. Добавить к яйцам овсяную муку, а затем кефир, смешать все это.
  4. Измельчить банан и взбить блендером с другими ингредиентами.
  5. Если тесто получилось слишком густым, разбавить его водой.
  6. Обжарить блинчики.
