Pechuga a la Mostaza Light

Pollo a la mostaza con cebolla y morrón.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cortar la cebolla y el morrón en julianas, ponerla en el sartén con una cucharada de aceite, saltear un poco, poner la pechuga juntos y colocar agua hasta que se termine la cocción de la pechuga.
  2. Una vez cosido colocar la mostaza y el queso crema, va tomando una consistencia cremosa baja la temperatura del fuego.
  3. Una vez que toma la consistencia deseada echarle una cebollitas de verdeo sasonar con sal a gusto y un toque de pimienta.

riquísima!! y al tener la mezcla de queso y mostaza con la cebollita de verdeo da una hermosa imagen de una comida bien gourmet, entra por los ojos y te pone contento!!!

Creo que habria que evitar calentar el aceite para que se vuelva grasa en nuestro cuerpo al consumirlo, se podria rehogar con agua y la crema tendria que ser descrema aunque no lo aclaras.
