Sándwich de Atún Fresco

Directions
- En un recipiente combine la salsa de soya, miel de abeja y aceite de sésamo. Deje el atún marinar de 15 minutos o hasta 1 hora.
- Caliente una sartén a fuego medio alto y selle el atún por ambos lados. Debe quedar rojo en el centro. Retire del sartén y coloque en una tabla de picar. Parta el atún en rodajas de 1 pulgada de ancho.
- Precaliente el horno a 350F. Caliente los baguettes en el horno. Parta cada baguette a lo largo y agregue aguacate en una de las tapas. Coloque las rodajas de atún, arúgula y cebolla morada. Cierre el sándwich y sirva inmediatamente.
