- Mescolare in una ciotola le carni macinate, il parmigiano, l'uovo, il prezzemolo e l'aglio tritato, il sale e eventualmente un po' di pepe.
- Formare un polpettone e avvolgerlo con carta forno. Inserire in una teglia.
- Cuocere a 200* per circa 45/60 minuti, girandolo una volta per una cottura uniforme e rosolata. Se necessario, aprire la carta forno a metá o a fine cottura cottura.
- Fare raffreddare.
- Tagliare a fettine con un coltello seghettato (va bene quello del pane) e servire con insalata e peperoni grigliati.
