Овсяное Печенье Диетическое

Печенье из овсянки и банана.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Перемолоть в блендере до муки овсянку.
  2. Банан размешать с кефиром до однородной консистенции.
  3. Всё соединить, добавить мёд. Добавить немного не перемолотой овсянки для более вязкой консистенции. Добавить чернику или любые другие ягоды.
  4. Выпекать при 180 градусах 15-20 минут.
