Albóndigas con Tomate

Albóndigas de ternera con salsa de tomate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Enharinamos ligeramente las albóndigas, y doramos en el aceite, retirando después.
  2. En el aceite pochamos la cebolla, y cuando esté transparente añadimos el tomate triturado. Cuando esté hecho pasamos por el pasapuré y vertemos la salsa sobre las albóndigas.
  3. Añadimos el vino blanco dejando que evapore el alcohol y después añadimos el caldo de verdura, dejando todo a fuego lento durante 15 minutos.
