Svarta Malins LCHF-Limpa

En limpa utan spannmål, där mjölet består av frön och nötter.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mixa linfrö, sesamfrö, hasselnötter, sötmandel och fibrex till mjöl och häll i en stor bunke. Sikta det gärna för bästa resultat. Tillsätt bakpulver och 1 msk brödkryddor.
  2. Smält smöret och blanda ner det i mjölblandningen. Tillsätt creme fraiche, keso och äggen. Blanda ordentligt.
  3. Klä en brödform med bakplåtspapper och häll smeten däri. Gräddas i 60-80 min i mitten av ugnen i 175-200 grader C. Låt svalna på galler. Förvaras i plastpåse utan luft i kylskåpet, så håller brödet i nästan tre veckor.
