Directions

  1. Picar a couve-flor, o alho e a cenoura. Cortar o feijão verde e os cogumelos em tiras.
  2. Colocar tudo numa frigideira anti aderente.
  3. Colocar os temperos.
  4. Picar o peito de frango e juntar à mistura de legumes.
  5. Cortar a courgette em pedaços e juntar aos legumes em lume.
  6. Deixar cozinhar 10 minutos.
