  1. Fatiar as abobrinhas no sentido longitudinal, temperar com o caldo de legumes dissolvido em meia xicara de água.
  2. Montar camadas de abobrinha e molho de tomate, Cobrir com papel aluminio e levar ao forno por 30 minutos. Retirar o papel aluminio.
  3. Espalhar pedaços de polenguinho na superfície, polvilhar o parmesão e levar ao forno novamente por mais 5 minutos.
