Тыквенный Пирог Диетический

Отличный рецепт для тех кто не есть мучное.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Режем тыкву не кусочки толщиной примерно 1,5 см (конечно, все на глаз). Бросаем в кастрюльку, у меня получилась полная двухлитровая кастрюля. Заливаем водой и варим минут 15 до мягкости.
  2. Далее сливаем воду, разминаем тыкву вилкой в пюре.
  3. Добавляем в пюре овсяные отруби, яйца и сахарозаменитель. Можно корицу по вкусу.
  4. Ставим в духовку на 200 градусов и ждем когда пирог начнет румяниться. Консистенция получается очень нежная.
