Frittata di Uova e Pan Grattato

Veloce, semplice e delizioso.

Directions

  1. Sbattere uova con frusta.
  2. Aggiungere sale olio e pepe.
  3. Aggiungere pan grattato e mescolare.
  4. Aggiungere parmigiano grattugiato e mescolare.
  5. Aggiungere latte, e mescolare.
  6. Una volta raggiunto un’impasto omogeneo, versarlo in padella antiaderente e cuocere 2 min e mezzo per lato.
