Great soup that reminds you of a stuffed pepper dinner on Sunday.

Directions
- In large pot, or saucepan, brown the beef and turkey. Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until peppers are tender, and rice is cooked.
