Directions

  1. Cook and drain ground beef.
  2. Put ground beef in pot with all other ingredients.
  3. Add chili seasoning packet of your choice.
  4. Cook on low for 1 hour.

I entered this recipe. I usually eat 1 cup which is considered 2 servings. I top with fat free sour cream 1 tablespoon. This is high in points if you are doing FLEX but if you are doing CORE it is all CORE ingredients. ENJOY
