Omlet z Papryką i Pieczarkami

Pożywny omlet z warzywami gotowany na parze lub w piekarniku.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Paprykę i pieczarki kroimy w kostkę, mieszamy razem.
  2. Jajka rozbełtujemy z mlekiem (ok. 2 łyżek) i z posiekanym koperkiem, doprawiamy solą, pieprzem, ew. ostrą papryką w proszku.
  3. Całość mieszamy i przelewamy do naczynia (u mnie jest to naczynie silikonowe o średnicy ok 13cm).
  4. Naczynie możemy gotować na parze bądź zapiekać w piekarniku, aż do momentu ścięcia jaj. Dzisiaj zrobiłam gotowane na parze i zajęło mi to ok. 20 min.
  5. Smacznego.
