Тушеные кабачки с помидорами и зеленью.

Directions

  1. Высыпать порезанные кубиками кабачки в сковородку, добавить 200-300 мл воды горячей из чайника.
  2. Закрыть крышкой и на среднем огне оставить на 5 мин.
  3. Перемешать, добавить соль по вкусу, еще оставить на 5 мин.
  4. Перемешать, добавить нарезанные помидоры и красный табаско, и еще на 5 мин.
  5. Добавить зелень в самом конце, накрыть крышкой, пусть еще постоит минут 10.
