  1. Гречку Отвариваем до полуготовности. Грудку измельчить в фарш. Мелко порезать грибы, натереть морковку. Смешать все компоненты. Сформировать шарики и выложить их на выстланный фольгой противень. Заливаем водой (примерно на 1/4) и ставим в духовку на 25 минут при температуре 200 градусов.
