Broccoli Egg White Egg Drop Soup

Low cal, low carb and delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stir fry all ingredients except egg whites and broth for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in egg white and turn off heat.
  4. Serve immediately.
